What to do

I'm contemplating avoiding Manhattan altogether the week of the RNC. Not so much because something might blow up, but because taking the LIRR into Penn will be a nightmare - and possibly not an option at all. In fact taking any sort of public transportation into town will be a nightmare, since my commute takes me through midtown no matter what.

Ugh.
