7 World Trade

One of the great things about the block I work on used to be that on the way to work, I could see the World Trade Center, and on the way home, the Empire State Building. Of course 9/11 changed that.

Recently en route to the office I noticed new contruction peeking up from downtown, filling the vacant spot behind the squat Soho and Tribeca buildings.

A trip downtown Saturday confirmed that it's the reconstruction of 7 World Trade.

The skyline is coming back!
