I found seven Susan B. Anthony dollars in the LIRR ticket machine this morning. Clearly someone had forgotten their change. Or just didn't want to deal with the dollar coins. No one takes those things.
I had already purchased my ticket, so net profit for this morning's commute: $1.25
Almost enough to cover my coffee.
